What RV Shoppers are saying

“Great information! You need to do your due diligence when spending this kind of money. This class gives you a good high level understanding of things to look for. This gives you the ability to eliminate poor built RV’s so you don’t waste your money to have an inspector tell you the obvious.”

Michael

“Until now I would just look at the layout. I attended a very large RV show last weekend and was able to see just about every point you covered to watch out for in many brand-new RV’s. This course saved us from making a mistake by buying a lemon.”

Hello!

I’m Jacob Rigor

I’m a certified RV technician, owner of Rigor RV Repair, creator of the “How to not break your RV” YouTube channel and author of the book “How to Shop RVs like a Tech.”

The RV industry is excellent at dressing up a junk RV and selling it at a premium price. I’m on a mission to reform the RV industry by teaching RV shoppers how to shop smart and avoid lemons. Say NO to junk RVs!

FAQ

Who is this course for?

My full shopping course is designed for “serious” RV shoppers who intend to buy a RV in the next year.

If you’re a casual shopper who is in the early “looking” stages, I recommend signing up for my FREE mini-course.

Doesn't the price of the RV tell you if it's quality?

The RV industry is not a “you get what you pay for” industry. I have reviewed $25k RVs that were better quality than their $50k competitors. I’ve also reviewed $400k RVs with plumbing that could have been done by a 5-year-old!

Knowledge is power. My goal with this course is not to discourage people from buying “cheaper materials” RVs, but rather to prevent them from OVERPAYING for the cheap stuff because they don’t know any better.

Can't I learn this information online for free?

No, unfortunately.

Most technicians work at dealerships and their boss would NEVER let them share the insider shopping information I share in this course.

Most of the RV shopping information online is from salesman, who are mostly focused on talking up the floorplans and features on RVs. Like the salesman at your local dealership, their job is to sell RVs – not give you the harsh truth about brands and components.

Often the most honest source of information online is actually from other RV owners. However, owners often only have experience with the handful of RVs they have personally owned.

I created this shopping course because RV shoppers needed this information and no one in the industry was giving it to them.

How long do I have access to the course?

When you purchase the full course, you’re buying 1 year of access. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so you don’t need to worry about forgetting to cancel it. Your access will time-out after 1 year from purchase.

If you’re not planning on buying a RV in the next year, I recommend signing up for my FREE mini-course instead.

What phones does the app work on?

The app is not an “app” in the traditional sense of the word – so don’t go looking for it in the app store on your phone.

It’s a mobile web app built into this website, undercoverRVshopper.com. To access the app on your phone after you purchase the course, you login to the undercoverRVshopper website on your phone, tablet or computer using any web browser. Just click the button below to sign up and start grading RVs!
